Bright to look at with light greenish tones, abundant small, fine bubbles that rise to the surface of the wine. Fresh on the nose with fruity notes of citrus and primary aromas of the Muscat variety, the palate is sparkling with a soft acidity that evokes freshness.

Origin:
Finca La Guardia, organic vitivulture. Muscat de Frontignan vineyards planted in 2003. This is the highest and wildest land of the Property. Located at 350 meters high. The soils are well drained, and have a loamy texture with calcium carbonate accumulation. Finca Can Fontanals, organic viticulture. Macabeo and Xarel·lo vineyards, planted from 1978-1988 and grown on a trellis, Calcareous clay soil type
Harvest:
The growing season began with rainfall above the average of the past decade (250 mm), significantly higher than in the previous three years, generating a strong sense of optimism. During spring, rainfall occurred at the right moments, sparing the most sensitive stages of the vegetative cycle. From an agronomic standpoint, it was a relatively calm year, with a low presence of pests and diseases, allowing treatments to be kept to a minimum. The relatively cool months of June and July favored balanced vine devel opment. In August, a period of extreme heat lasting approximately ten days acceler ated the ripening of some varieties, requiring an earlier harvest in certain plots. In summary, this was a “textbook” vintage: climatic conditions were appro priate at every stage of the cycle. Despite the urgency during harvest, the final quality can be described as excellent, resulting in a vintage that faith fully expresses the best of our terroir.
